The data controller, TOTEM MARKETING OPERATIONNEL ET PLV, is a limited liability company (SARL) under Moroccan law with its head office located at 20 Rue Ahmed Naciri, Quartier Palmier, Casablanca, Morocco, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 470973 (hereinafter referred to as “AGENCE TOTEM,” “TOTEM,” or “we”).

In order to comply with regulatory and legal texts and to respect the personal data of its clients, TOTEM® has implemented a privacy policy applicable to personal data collected within the framework of its “Services,” “Products,” or “Job Offers.”

• Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, namely the CNDP in Morocco, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection laws.

7. Response times

Totem® undertakes to respond to your access, rectification, or opposition request or any other additional information request within a reasonable period of time, which shall not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request..

8. Transfer of data to a non-EU country

Totem® informs you that the data collected via our website may be transferred and stored outside the European Union, notably in Morocco, where our head office is located.
We ensure that these data transfers are carried out in strict compliance with legal and regulatory provisions on personal data protection. More specifically:
